I’ve been in the Real Estate industry since 2003 where I started as an appraiser. I am still currently a Certified Residential Appraiser for Whitcher Appraisal Service and I’m also Principal Broker of W Real Estate located in Manchester, NH. I pride myself on giving the most accurate CMA available and will work with you to price your house accordingly where you are happy, and it will sell.
